Wednesday #Poetry: Dual, Identical, Volley

Welcome to my regular Wednesday poetry corner, brought to you by Three Word Wednesday and One Shot Wednesday.

Today's words are dual, identical, volley.

Though the sound is identical, fool,
You can't challenge me to a "dual"!
This back-and-forth volley
Is less than a folly,
So go off and wipe up your drool.

  14. dual fooled me, i admit. but luckily i wise up before anyone could notice (of course i admitted it to everyone, so maybe i'm still a fool).

Anyway...very cute piece, made me smile and laugh a bit too.
