I didn't know you could do a search and replace for finding double spaces after a stop. I'm scratching my head as to how... Could you teach the slightly (ok, mostly) Word-challenged person?
ReplyDeleteSure, Laura - it's the same as for any other find-and-replace. Do a Ctrl-F for the Find function, click on Replace and in the search field, type two spaces. In the replace field, type a single space. Click Replace or Replace All, depending on your preference.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I think of spaces as being invisible (even though I know they're not) so it never occurred to me to use them in the replace!
